- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Bacchuuram Bakers, hereinafter referred to as “the Supplier,” and its customers, hereinafter referred to as “the Client,” regarding the supply of food products and related services.
- Orders
– All orders placed by the Client shall be subject to acceptance by the Supplier.
– The Supplier reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of products or inability to fulfill the order.
- Delivery
– Delivery dates and times are approximate and subject to change.
– The Supplier will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the agreed-upon timeframe but shall not be liable for any delays.
– The Client is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery location.
- Quality and Returns
– The Supplier guarantees the quality and freshness of its products at the time of delivery.
– The Client must inspect all products upon delivery and notify the Supplier of any discrepancies or quality issues within 24 hours.
– Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for products that are defective or not as described.
- Pricing and Payment
– Prices for products and services are as quoted and are subject to change without notice.
– Payment terms are [insert payment terms, e.g., net 30 days].
– Late payments may be subject to interest charges or suspension of services at the Supplier’s discretion.
- Liability
– The Supplier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the products or services provided.
– The total liability of the Supplier for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the products or services in question.
- Force Majeure
– The Supplier shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government actions.
- Governing Law
– These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi jurisdiction.
– Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi jurisdiction.
- Amendment
– The Supplier reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
– Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Supplier’s website or other communication channels.
- Acceptance
– By placing an order with the Supplier, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
